2. Data processed and purposes

The app processes the content you choose to enter locally on your device. If you create an account or enable online features, it also processes account data required for sign-in and technical data needed for operation, security, support, and abuse prevention. This data is used only to provide the requested features, manage any purchases and, when you enable it, sync and restore content.

Optional features that require access to location, photos, files, or notifications are used only when you enable them and grant the relevant device permissions.

3. Sign-in and accounts

Available sign-in methods, including Google, Apple, and email with a password, serve the same purpose. Depending on the method you choose, the app receives only the basic information needed to authenticate you, such as an account identifier, email address and, where available, the associated name.

Ministry Helper does not access the contents of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contacts, or iCloud. Account data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared, except with technical providers acting on the app’s behalf when necessary to deliver and protect the service, or when required by law.

4. Storage and security

By default, content stays on your device and is not sent to external servers. If you enable multi-device sync, data covered by that feature is also stored on protected systems so that it can be kept in sync and restored. Reasonable measures are used to limit unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.

5. Your choices and rights

You may choose any available sign-in method and revoke its authorization in the relevant provider’s settings. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by writing to the address above. Your account and synced data can be deleted directly from the app.

6. Updates

This policy may be updated if the service or applicable obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
